We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g., payment records are kept for 7 years).

Review content you submit may remain on the site in anonymized form after account deletion.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: request that we correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion: request deletion of your account and personal data.
• Portability: request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Webserious.ws is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Third-Party Links

Our site links to external AI tool websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

9. International Transfers

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing the site from the European Economic Area or other regions with data protection laws, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. We rely on standard contractual clauses and the data processing agreements of our service providers (Supabase, Netlify, Stripe) to ensure adequate protection.
